• Thoroughly vacuum the interior including the trunk or frunk for ev's. This includes a vortex air blasting treatment to remove fine dust and sand from deep in the carpet and dashboard. • Spot steam clean to eliminate any any stubborn stickiness. • Surface (dashboard & door panel) and glass wipe down with interior surface protectant to bring back the new car look. • Lastly for vehicles with leather seats, we apply a conditioner to bring back that gloss and restore a soft leather feel. Answer: If the mold is less than 1 square foot of mold we will wipe that down. Anything more, saldy it is outside of the services we offer at this time. Question: Do you clean the headliner? Answer: The headliner is one of the most delicate interior surface within a vehicle so unless specifically requested will not clean it. The adhesive used for headlines are know for failing when chemical are introduces so we only use a very mild cleaning solution if requested. Question: Do you remove the seats? Answer: Most seats are torqued down by one time use bolts, meaning new seat bolts need to be used when re-installing. This become a add expense and safety issue if seats are not properly installed. For most vehicles we can still reach all the surfaces under the seat while they are in. While we won't promise cleaning perfection, we will promise not to compromise your safety. Question: Shampooing Carpets, anything I should be aware of? Answer: Yes, a carpet shampoo is a great way to refresh your vehicle's carpet. A carpet shampoo will introduce water and will take a few days to dry out in our climate. We will idle your vehicle for 20-40mins while the heat & A/C is on high to speed up the drying process. That said, there will still be moisture and it is important that your vehicle is used the first couple of days post detail. If it isn't driven, idle your vehicle with the heat and A/C on (AC is a dehumidifier). After 20mins, open all of the door and allow it to air out for 30-60 seconds. Repeat once a day for a few days. Note: We are not a mobile detailer. All services are performed in Monroe, WA. We make every effort to prevent any wastewater from entering storm drains to maintain compliance with EPA and Washington state regulations.
